Administrative Assistant – Temporary – Novato (onsite) - $30.00/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative professional to support our healthcare client’s Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) department. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work closely with the QI Director and project managers, providing support that contributes to quality initiatives within a community healthcare environment.
Location: Onsite in Novato
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: ASAP through January 2027
Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Administrative Assistant Duties

Administrative Assistant Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Project Managers
- Conduct chart audits and assist with quality review activities.
- Create, maintain, and organize Excel spreadsheets and data tracking reports.
- Set up and format spreadsheets utilizing filters and data organization tools.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and departmental documentation.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of department objectives.
- Previous administrative support experience, preferably within healthcare or a community health setting.
- Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and/or community health organizations.
- Experience using OCHIN Epic or another Electronic Health Record (EHR) system highly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation, formatting, sorting, and filtering data.
- Comfortable working with data and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects and priorities.
